• Meeting prospective clients for future projects
• Research on website
• Getting information about new projects
• Arranging for presentations
• Prepare Proposals, participate in negotiations and report to MD on the developments
• Draft Contract Agreements and get the approval from MD
• Represent MANO on behalf of MD, in Client Meetings for prospective new Projects
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel any location in order to get information regarding new projects

B.E(Civil) & MBA(Marketing) OR B.E(Civil) who is into Marketing

Mumbai

Candidate should be from quantity survey in building and Infra construction. He will be responsible for following:

• Prepare /check quantities from drawing and site
• Coordination and checking with client bills
• Certified the bills of down line vendors
• Prepare rate analysis and get certification from client for extra items
• Prepare the BOQ, specification and contract documents
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel any location in order to get information regarding new projects

• 3 - 5 years

B.E (Civil) or D.C.E.
