CRITICAL PATH METHOD (CPM) SCHEDULES:

Cost loaded schedules also enable owners and designers to forecast and plan project financial requirements based on the actual project schedule, and schedule updates, and evaluate progress using "S" curve trend analysis based on the CPM schedule and the planned and actual start and finish dates for activities in the schedule.
PROGRAMME EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE (PERT)
